So-What's in the bag?
Flaxseed. Why flax seed rather than corn, rice or wheat? Not only are the seeds small and conform to the body, but the flaxseed contains a natural oil (30-40% of the flaxseed is oil). This helps to retain the heat in the bags while preventing the product from drying out. All of our seams are "serged" for longer life and greater durability.

How do I heat my bag?
DO NOT ATTEMPT TO HEAT IN THE OVEN! Rather, just toss in the microwave for a few seconds- the warmth is worth the wait! When you first use your flaxseed bag- only heat in 10 second increments and increase gradually until you find your desired temperature. Because every microwave is different and over heating can cause the contents to burn or even burn your skin. Becky's Bags will not be responsible for damage caused by heating the bags in a manner other than which they were designed to be heated. And please~
"Keep out of the reach of children."

How long does my bag stay heated?
That depends on the size of the bag. For some of the smaller bags, they hold their heat for about 15 minutes, but the larger ones tend to hold their heat for a half hour- sometimes up to an hour! When reheating, use small increments of time since it'll probably still be a little warm from just using it.

How do I cool my bag?
Put into a resealable plastic bag and place in the freezer. For a nice cool pack allow the bag to sit for 15 minutes, if you desire an icepack , you will want to keep it in longer. I have a few that I just keep in the freezer for these minor emergencies. Why do you place in a resealable plastic bag? This keeps it from getting stained, absorbing food odors, or even getting freezer burnt and sticking to the metal.

How can I clean my bag?
Because the bag is not intended to be submerged in the water, you can spot clean the fabric with water and a mild soap. Becky's Bag's will not be responsible for bags damaged by liquids or other cleaning products.
